Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in UAE, currently hiring a Junior Sommelier for a high-end restaurant in Dubai.

What will you do?

• Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
• Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
• Has impeccable knowledge of wine products in the portfolio
• Recommend food and wine pairings
• Follow HACCP requirements
  

What are we looking for?

• Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET, Level 2 would be preferable
• Solid knowledge of  wines 
• Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning restaurant/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East.
• Must speak French, Italian or Balkan languages
• Willing to join immediately
