Requirements:

• A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
• Prior experience in upscale dining or party lounge concepts is a MUST
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• A strong sense of leadership and an excellent motivator
• Experience and knowledge to understand the combination of detail, quality, and volume
• Open candidates locally or overseas
